1. 工作许可分类：A 类、B 类、C 类

1.1 A 类：申请人平均工资收入不低于上一年度上海市社会平均工资的 6 倍，办理延期时需提供收入证明。供您参考：上海 2025 年社会平均工资为 12577 元，对应薪资需不低于 75462 元。 此外，社会平均工资每年会根据官方统计数据调整，通常高于上一年度标准。

1.2 B 类：收入要求更低，但申请人不得超过法定退休年龄（国内女性退休年龄为 50 周岁）；需提供最高学历证书，证书须完成认证或办理海牙认证（Apostille）。

1.3 C 类：短期外国人工作许可，适用于在中国大陆境内工作不超过 90 天的外籍人员；申请人不得超过法定退休年龄（国内女性退休年龄为 50 周岁）。

2. 结合年龄要求，建议您申请 A 类工作许可，所需材料如下：

2.1 护照原件及有效签证（护照有效期大于 6 个月，签证有效期大于 30 天）
2.2 个人履历表（详见附件，请填写后回传给我们）
2.3 工作资历证明：由前任职公司盖章或负责人签字，同时需附上证明负责人的有效联系电话或邮箱
2.4 上海境外人员临时住宿登记单复印件（线上办理） 办理网址：https://gaj.sh.gov.cn/crj/24hr/web/zcbd/login?relogin=true
2.5 无犯罪记录证明原件（6 个月内出具），需完成认证或海牙认证（Apostille）
2.6 体检报告原件（6 个月内出具）。
您抵达上海后再安排体检即可，以下为两个体检地点：
2.6.1 长宁区金浜路 15 号
2.6.2 浦东新区金桥路 2090 号
2.7 电子证件照 1 张（发给我们），要求： 宽 × 高：390×520 像素 背景：纯白色 格式：JPG/JPEG 大小：40KB–120KB 无边框、图像清晰
2.8 如有随行家属：家属护照原件及有效签证（护照有效期＞6 个月，签证有效期＞30 天）、亲属关系证明、6 个月内出具的体检报告、电子证件照 1 张。

提示：前期我们先收集材料扫描件；向主管部门提交并初审通过后，再提交原件核验。

3. 办理流程简介

3.1 若您目前在中国大陆境外：
3.1.1 上海聘用公司为您申请工作许可：约 2–3 周
3.1.2 您拿到工作许可通知后，申请工作签证
3.1.3 持工作签证入境后，申请工作类居留许可：约 1–2 周

3.2 若您已在中国大陆境内、持有其他类型签证：
3.2.1 上海聘用公司线上提交工作许可申请：约 1–2 周
3.2.2 初审通过后，核对并递交全部原件材料
3.2.3 领取工作许可：约 2 周 3.2.4 办理工作类居留许可：约 1–2 周

1. Types of Work Permit: Class A, Class B, Class C

1.1 For Class A: Your average wage income shall be no less than 6 times the average social

wage income of the previous year in Shanghai, and the proof of your wage income should

be provided when you do the renewal. As for your reference, the average social wage income

of year 2025 in Shanghai is 12,577 RMB, and your salary should be no less than 75,462 RMB.

Moreover, the average social wage income will be adjusted each year accordingly to the real

statistical data, and generally it will be higher than last year.

1.2 For Class B: Your income can be lower, while you shall not beyond the retirement age (50

years old for females in China), and need to provide proof of your highest degree (academic

qualification) certificate which needs to do authentication or Apostille.

1.3 For Class C: It is short-term work permit for foreigners who will only work in mainland

China for no more than 90 days, and the applicant shall not beyond the retirement age (50

years old for females in China),

2. Considering about the age requirement for applicant, I think you could choose to apply for

Class A, and the files and information you need to prepare are as follows:

2.1 Original Passport and valid visa (Passport valid over 6 months, visa valid over 30 days).

2.2 Personal experience form (Attached, please fill in and send back to us).

2.3 Work qualification certificate, with your former company stamp or signed by the person

in charge, and should have a valid contact number or email address of the person who is

responsible for proof.

2.4 Copy of Shanghai Registration Form of Temporary Residence (apply online).

2.5 Original official police clearance certificate (PCC) issued within 6 months, need to do

authentication or Apostille.

2.6 Original medical check report issued within 6 months. You can do the medical check report

after you arrive in Shanghai. Here are two addresses where you can do the medical report:

2.7 1 digital photo (please send to us), and the requirements are as following:

W*H: 390*520 poxel

BG color: Pure White

Format: JPG/JPEG

Size: 40KB-120KB

2.8 Accompanying family if you have: original Passport and valid visa (Passport valid over 6

months, visa valid over 30 days), proof of family relationship, original medical check report

issued within 6 months, 1 digital photo.

Please kindly be advised that at first stage we will need the scanned copy of the files, after we

submit to the government office and the first review is passed, the original files will be needed

to submit.3. Here is brief introduction of the process:

3.1 If you are out of mainland China:

3.1.1 Your Shanghai company applies for Work Permit: around 2-3 weeks

3.1.2 You apply for work visa after receiving the Work Permit

3.1.3 After you enter mainland China with work visa, apply for Resident Permit for Work:

around 1-2 weeks

3.2 If you are in mainland China with other type of visa:

3.2.1 Your Shanghai company applies for Work Permit online: around 1-2 weeks

3.2.2 Check and submit all the original files after the first review is passed

3.2.3 Get the Work Permit: around 2 weeks

3.2.4 You apply for Resident Permit for Work: around 1-2 weeks
